To put this matter to rest once and for all let’s find a name that is as American as Apple Pie and clearly tells the consumers that what they are buying cannot be confused with Champagne or any other sparkling wine produced within a specific place of origin (ie Cava, Prosecco, Sekt…).
So grab yourself a glass (of whatever usually get your gray matter active) and be the first to come up with the winning entry. YOU TOO CAN BE A WINNER!
