New Name for US Made Bubblies…

In a recent post on enobytes Pamela Heiligenthal wrote a great blog on Champagne and whether or not US producers should be allowed to use the word Champagne on their labels…read more about this post here

To put this matter to rest once and for all let’s find a name that is as American as Apple Pie and clearly tells the consumers that what they are buying cannot be confused with Champagne or any other sparkling wine produced within a specific place of origin (ie Cava, Prosecco, Sekt…).
